School Rules

  1. All parents sign an agreement with the school at the time of their ward joining the school.
  2. Ragging and Bullying in the School Campus are strictly prohibited.
  3. It is compulsory for all the students to participate in each and every activity of the school including Tours and Treks. Students are supposed to maintain a high decorum in the school as well as outside the school (especially during the outings).
  4. The parents authorize the Principal to take necessary decision on their behalf in case of emergency operation or any such condition where permission is needed but cannot be obtained in time.
  5. The school is not liable to compensate any claim arising through illness, accident or any other cause.
  6. A student will not be allowed to spend from her personal account if the same is in debit balance.
  7. The Principal is fully empowered to expel a student from school and hostel in the event of:-
    • Indiscipline and disregard to school rules.
    • Her behavior found to be a bad influence on other students.
  8. Parent-teacher meeting is as per the schedule in the calendar.
  9. Leave is not granted at the time of Unit tests/Formative Assessment and the Terminal examination.
  10. Damage to school property and loss of library books is borne by the students.
  11. Duplicate TC after 10 years will not be issued.
  12. As per CBSE norms a minimum 75% attendance is mandatory. However, we expect 100% attendance in order to groom the wards towards all round development in the Residential School.
  13. Violation of school and hostel rules and indiscipline may result in the expulsion of student from the school.
  14. Parents are requested to advise their ward to maintain the discipline.
  15. Parents are also requested:
    • To pay the school fee in time to avoid late fine.
    • To meet their wards only once in a month on Saturday between 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • To update their address for correspondence.
    • Not to meet their ward during school hours.
    • Not to ask for frequent leaves of their wards.
    • May take their wards outside the school and keep them only on Saturday/Sunday and on their Birthday.
    • To send their wards to the school on time after vacations and not to suffix or prefix the holidays.
    • To contact the Principal/Class teacher in case result card is not received within ten days of the declaration of the results.
    • Suggestions for improvement of the school curriculum is solicited.
  16. The Parents/Guardians will be bound by the school rules, which may be changed from time to time.
  17. In all matters of dispute, the decision of the Principal will be binding on the parents/guardians.
  18. All disputes come within the jurisdiction of Pilani /Chirawa court
