MI Room Rules

• • Medical checkup/fitness certificate.
  • Prior to admission in the school the following points are to be considered about the health of the student: Medical checkup/fitness certificate.
  • Vaccination card.
  • Any illness record, reports etc.

• Medicines to be deposited to the MI Room if any student is already under treatment. Emergency cases are attended round the clock by MI Room staff.
• Every student must have individual written permission from the House Mother/ Asstt. House Mother(HM/AHM) Matron/Class teacher, without their permission they will not be attended.
• For taking routine medicines students should come to MI Room after meals.
• The information about serious illness must be given to the Incharge MI Room/Chief Warden / HM/AHM/ Matron.
• The parents of the sick students should report to the MI Room staff when a child returns after a long sickness, so that fitness certificate and old prescription can be kept in record for necessary use thereafter.
• Principal is authorized to take the decision in the case of an emergency operation .
