Birla Balika Vidyapeeth emerges triumphant at Nucleus 1.0 organised by BITS Pilani

Students from Birla Balika Vidyapeeth, Pilani, participated in Nucleus 1.0 organized by BITS Pilani Institutions Innovation Council (IIC) and Technology Enabling Centre. The event was presided over by several notable individuals, including Dr. Praveen Malik(CEO - Agrinnovate India Limited - Govt. of India), Mr. Sudhir Mishra (Advocate, Supreme Court), Mr. Brajesh Singh (President, Arthur D Little, India Division & Vice Chair India-Uzbekistan Investment Corridor), Mr. Shivam Shankar Singh (Founder Genforge.co & Fintech Venture), Anita Choraria (Asst. Director, Ministry of MSME), and Mr. Sanjay Meena (Asst. Director, Ministry of MSME).
Among top three selected projects, two projects from Birla Balika Vidyapeeth, Pilani, were selected as the most innovative projects at the event.
-Yoga Pose Detection: Developed by Rena Manish Mathew, Divyanshi Gupta, Priyansi Rathi, Pragya, and Ridima Sharma under the mentorship of Mrs. Ruchi received a cash prize of INR 10,000.
-The second selected project was on
- Smart Safety: Developed by Geetika Raghav, Aaditri Saraf, and Hetal Garg under the mentorship of Mr. Arvind Nehara. This project also received a cash prize of INR 10,000 .
-The third project Sound Energy Convertor developed by Diva Agrawal and Manya Garg under the guidance of Mrs. Deepika Singh was recognized as a Promising Innovation, receiving a cash prize of INR 5000.
Overall, 6 teams from Birla Balika Vidyapeeth, Pilani, participated in the Nucleus 1.0 event, showcasing innovations on topics such as Skin Cancer Detection using AI, Railway Track Crack Detector, and Agritrain.
