International Award-winning artwork by Ridham Agarwal, Birla Balika Vidyapeeth, Pilani, Rajasthan

Creative genius Ridham Agarwal of Birla Balika Vidyapeeth Pilani, grade 10, has painted an inspiration with the title -"The Dark Journey Ahead". Organised by the Khalid Bin Sultan living ocean's foundations, USA '2023 science without borders' on the theme 'The 6th Extension' on extinct sea animals. In the first round 1200 entries across 66 different countries were selected across the globe.
Amongst the array of breathtaking exceptional artworks from the finalists of ages 11 - 14, Ridham Agarwal, Birla Balika Vidyapeeth, Pilanj successfully carved a niche and won a stunning prize money of $350 securing 2nd position across the globe.
Painting the walls of wonder, she painted a picture of the museum walls displaying the dark reality that awaits the mankind in this journey of exploitation and extinction of ocean species.
Her poignant artwork reminds us to be mindful of the path we tread and the legacy we leave behind for the future generations.It is an absolute honour and moment of pride for Birla Balika Vidyapeeth Pilani fraternity. We congratulate Ridham on her magnificent success and wish her many more in the future years to come.
