Prior to admission in the school the following points are to be considered about the health of the student:
Medical checkup/fitness certificate.
Vaccination card
Any illness record, reports etc.
Medicines to be deposited to the MI Room if any student is already under treatment. Emergency cases are attended round the clock by MI Room staff.
Every student must have individual written permission from the House Mother/ Asstt. House Mother(HM/AHM) Matron/Class teacher, without their permission they will not be attended.
For taking routine medicines students should come to MI Room after meals.
The information about serious illness must be given to the Incharge MI Room/Chief Warden / HM/AHM/ Matron.
The parents of the sick students should report to the MI Room staff when a child returns after a long sickness, so that fitness certificate and old prescription can be kept in record for necessary use thereafter.
Principal is authorized to take the decision in the case of an emergency operation .
